With
our business growing, in 1998 we moved
into larger offices in Walnut Creek,
California. Our client list was an equal
balance of private and public builders
- Florsheim Homes, Kiper Development
and SummerHill Homes rounded out our
portfolio.
In early 2005, we opened our East Coast
office to expand our scope of services
and client base to both coasts. Now
we can easily cover the major population
centers of the country – where
the real estate markets are most dynamic.
Later in 2005, we changed our
name to The Bernard Partnership to
better reflect our
approach.
In 2006, we celebrated our business
15 year anniversary.
